WipEout 1 PAL
Get ready for a racing adventure like no other with Wipeout for the PlayStation. The game is unique from most other titles, in that it allows the player to fly hovering craft above the surface of the track, traveling at incredible speeds that will leave any gamer breathless. Each race occurs with several other vehicles on the track, though the gameplay does not rest with simply beating the opponent. Each course is littered with numerous weapons and power-ups that can be used to help destroy, or otherwise delay, the enemy. In addition to the races against the CPU, there is the option for two-player races, which adds a bigger challenge and more replay value to the title. The included techno soundtrack is fast-paced and invigorating, helping pull the player right into the game. 

WipEout 2097 PAL
WipEout 2097 marks the return of the popular futuristic racer. Just as in the original game, players must race across crazy tracks while driving hovercraft from the future. On top of the racing action, players need to collect weapons in order to take down their closet competitors. This game introduces the Pit, where any player can stop to regain valuable shield energy. There is also a Two-Player mode, enabling two people to take to the course at the same time and determine who is the superior racer. The music from the first game is gone, but this time around there is licensed music from popular bands like as Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers. Everything in WipEout 2097 has been updated, with weapons that are even more destructive, music that provides even more of an adrenaline rush, and courses that keep players busy for a long time. 

WipEout 3 PAL
The WIPEOUT series returns to the PlayStation with WIPEOUT 3. The game centers on teams of futuristic racers who pilot hovercraft and compete for the coveted championship. WIPEOUT 3 offers eight different hovercrafts ,each representing a different team, which contain varying statistics for such things as speed and handling. There are a total of eight new tracks, which feature a huge number of the tight turns and great drops that have made the series famous. The graphics have received a huge upgrade, with everything bumped up to high-resolution, which makes all of the polygons much cleaner and clearer. There is again music from top techno bands like The Chemical Brothers and Orbital, to help giver the player a greater adrenaline rush during the whole ordeal. Also, the Two-Player mode appears to give gamers even more of a challenge. WIPEOUT 3 takes the basics that made the series what it is today, and adds to them in every possible way.
