Real Audiofeel Vol.06 - 10 (24bit) REPOST

Naar aanleiding van meerdere verzoeken om een aantal Volumes opnieuw te posten, bij deze een repost van Vol.6 t/m Vol.10.
Vanwege storingen in enkele nummers uit die volumes (had ik al opnieuw gepost) zijn er her en der wat wijzigingen doorgevoerd.  

Alle tracks in 24 bit en tussen de 44.1 en 192kHz in een gevarieerde selectie uit elk decennium vanaf 1950. In de loop der jaren van het net verzameld van Blu-Ray, HD-DVD, SACD, MFSL, DAT etc. De meeste via spotnet (zoeken op "24bit" en/of "24 bit"), torrentsites dan wel rechtstreeks uit de newsgroepen middels supersearch van Newsleecher met 7 jaar retentie.

Bepalend voor de kwaliteit is in eerste instantie de gebruikte opname-apparatuur en audio-mastering. In tweede instantie natuurlijk de gebruikte afspeelapparatuur.

Voor wat betreft de discussies over het nut van 24bit en een sample-rate tussen 44.1 en 192 kHz, de samplerate verschillen hoor ik eerlijk gezegd niet. Wel het verschil tussen 16 en 24 bit. Dit geeft bij mij duidelijk meer dynamiek.
Ook zijn er opnamen die soms vervormen (niet gepost) veelal bij vinyl bronmateriaal in combinatie met de kwaliteit van het gebruikte draaitafel-element.
Met betrekking tot de samplerate hoor ik mensen wel eens zeggen dat er hierdoor meer "lucht" dan wel meer "diepte" in het nummer ontstaat.
Ik zou zeggen....beoordeel het zelf.
