Intelligence richt zich op een unit binnen U.S. Cyber Command dat gecreëerd is voor een agent met een hele speciale gave; een microchip is geïmplanteerd in zijn hersenen en stelt hem in staat om toegang te krijgen tot het gehele elektromagnetische spectrum.
