PowerISO is een CD/DVD image-bestand processor waarmee je ISO-bestanden kan openen, extraheren, maken, bewerken, comprimeren, versleutelen, splitsen en converteren. Het ondersteunt zowat alle CD/DVD-ROM image-formaten zoals ISO, BIN, NRG, CDI en DAA. PowerISO kan deze bestanden monteren met een interne virtual drive (pseudo DVD-ROM station) zonder noodzaak ze naar de harde schijf te extraheren.
