It is important to ensure that you are using the most up-to-date versions of SpotNetclassic , or even beter use the Sabnzbd, or nzbget  client (no more updates) for an optimal experience. Some SpotWeb sites does not include a password in the NZB file. 

You can find thePasswords in the NZB file (open with notepad). And search for the line with "password"
