Rautalanka-sound is onder gitaar instrumentale verzamelaars zeer populair. 
Het zijn gitaarcombo's uit Finland: The Mustangs en The Regents, zijn de twee trendsetters, helaas bestaan The Mustangs niet meer maar hebben een schat
aan muziek achtergelaten op tientallen CD's en enkele DVD's
