Wederom een project waarbij aan de deelnemers (bekende en onbekende musici, dichters, schrijvers, zelfs beeldend kunstenaars) is gevraagd een stukje bij te dragen van maximaal één minuut. Dat heeft na jaren werk tot deze dubbel-CD geleid met in totaal maar liefst 147 tracks!
Geproduceerd door componist Elliott Sharp. De opbrengsten waren bestemd voor een Amerikaanse vereniging die zich inzette tegen censuur. De inhoud van deze compilatie is dan ook meer geëngageerd en politiek beladen dan de voorgaande (Britse) 'Miniatures'-verzamelingen.
