Ken is a very strong highschool hoodlum, He falls for a girl at school. that girl goes to korea to become a cop. Ken follows her after being rejected and has a plan to also be a cop in korea. When he gets to korea his plan of becoming a cop fails and he suddenly becomes the head of a small but very powerfull gang.

Expect very slapstick humour, then very hard violence and even rape and gore!
