2007 release. Superb debut release from Serbian fusion guitarist, Misa Micevski. Misa's playing and music concepts are influenced by many great artists such as Allan Holdsworth, John McLaughlin, Pat Metheny, Chick Corea, Joe Zawinul, Michael Brecker, etc. The music on this cd contains intricate, harmonic, melodic and rhythm structures and shimmering guitar harmony layers with powerful lead sounds. Misa manages to tastefully and adeptly alternate between subtle lyricism and wild powerful playing. Musicians featured on "Two Shores" include Srdjan Milacic, bass, Dusan Novakov, drums, with Misa handling all guitar and guitar synths. Highly recommended!!!
