Aura Blaze is the psychedelic rock brainchild of New Jersey multi-instrumentalist Rhode Rachel. Rhode's passion for creative expression has lead him to construct magnificent musical works that transcend the sound of traditional rock, breaching the surface of limitless potential within the sonic spectrum. Aura Blaze deftly incorporates the classic catchy elements of retro garage/acid rock with the dissonance of the extreme avant garde to create a musical experience that can only be described as what Aldous Huxley refers to as "The Mind's Antipodes," or the farthest reaches of human consciousness. One need only absorb the vibes of Aura Blaze's beautiful, dreamlike, and intensely trippy cover of "The Crystal Ship" by The Doors to see the transcendence in action. Rhode is currently crafting a full-length Aura Blaze album in his home studio of which he plans to release early this fall.
