Destination Flavour Japan

Destination Flavour Japan will cover the entire length of Japan from north to south – starting in the snowy mountains of Hokkaido and finishing in the tropical islands of Okinawa. Adam lived in Japan for seven years working as a lawyer and is fluent in Japanese. There he also met and married his Japanese wife, Asami Fujitsuka. It’s basically his second home so he can provide a true insider’s perspective into Japan’s rich culture, the weird and the wonderful, and everything in between. More of a food documentary than a “cooking show”, he’ll visit places that are off the beaten path and get to know the food, places, people and cultural history that make Japan such a fascinating place.
