Not all listings agree on what constitutes a "season" for this show. The DVDs pictured
in the proof pictures show seasons 1-4, but we're numbering them seasons 1-8. 

We used the episode listing that most sites agree upon, which is why the difference in the 
DVD pictures. Season 1 & 2 correspond to seasons 1-4. Season 3 & 4 correspond to 
seasons 5-8.

For the first 4 seasons, generally it's 4:3. There are 5 exceptions: 2x05, 2x08
3x07, 3x11 and 3x13. The main episode content for each of those episodes was presentedon disc as 16:9. 

Only the main intro (non-unique per episode) and the closing credits
were in the original 4:3 format. Rather than subject everybody to ugly black bars on
the top and bottom, we just cropped them out at the expense of the intro/credits.
Risky move? Worth it. Check out the VOB samples if you're unsure.

Finally, even though it really doesn't bear mentioning, the last episode from season 
7 _technically_ aired in 2007, which is why the CRF rate is different on just that
episode.
