The Get Back Journals III was originaly intended to be released by Vigotone, after their release of "Get Back Journals 1" and "Get Back Journals 2".But after some years other Bootleggers realised that "Get Back Volume III" wasn't going to be released at all by Vigotone. So in 1998 Birthday records from Germany released their own Get Back Journals III.Their intention was to present all the leftovers till then on CD, so if you had the 3 volumes, you would own all the excisting Get Back session tracks up till then!!.

Most of the released tracks were released on other Beatlegs, but with this set you won't have the tracks 2,3 or even 4 times. Those who start to collect just need these 3 sets, plus tracks that appeared after the Get Back journals III.

Volume One of Get Back journals III excist of material lifted from "Rockin' Movie Stars 3", Rockin Movie' stars 7"," To Be Expected" and "Let it Be rehearsels 5. If you have these 4 CDs,you can put them in the dustbin!
