Extreme Fishing With Robson Green sees Robson travelling all over the world meeting up with some of the planet's most talented fishermen.
1. Zimbabwe and Zambia
Robson attempts to catch the legendary vundu catfish at Lake Kariba in southern Africa. He then travels to Zimbabwe, where at Lake Mteri he has an encounter with a wide-mouth bass. The then makes his way to the Victoria Falls where he fishes in a deep pool known as the 'boiling pot'.
2. Kenya
Robson travels to Kenya, where the coast line offers some of the best game fishing on the planet.
3. China
Robson makes his way to China where fishing is very popular. He comes a cross the big-headed carp in Qiandao and then eats his own octopus catch in Xiu Shan.
4. Sri Lanka
Robson travels to Sri Lanka and visits the Kandy Perahera festival. He also goes cave fishing in Uda Walawe national park and tries to catch the mahseer.
5. Brazil
Robson travels to Brasil where he attempts to catch deadly black piranhas in the Amazon river. He then makes his way to Rio Negro where he encounters pink river dolphins, and goes to the remote fishing community of Jaraua.
6. Senegal and Guinea Bissau
Robson travels to the coast of west Africa where he makes some mammoth catches and there is also a surprise appearance from a large shark.
7. Cuba
Robson travels to Cuba, where he discovers an unexpected fishing wonderland. Robson attempts to catch the spectacular tarpon and the grouper.
8. Japan
Robson travels to to Japan, where he learns more about a culture obsessed with fish. He has a difficult time when he attempts to catch and eat the highly poisonous fugu. He also goes in search of the tiny ayu, some bottom-dwelling sea snails and the oilfish.
9. Panama
Robson travels to to Panama in Central America where he goes in search of peacock bass, tarpon, dorado, sierra mackerel and billfish.
10. India and the Maldives
Robson travels to India but is unable to catch any of the huge fish that are reported to occupy the surrounding waters. Robson then decides to go to the Maldives where he ends up encountering some rare bad weather.
11. USA: East Coast
Robson travels to Florida where anglers from all over the world gather to fish the thousands of miles of sea andinland waters. Robson manages to catch some good- sized grouper, a tilapia and a giant sailfish before going in search of the ultimate catch.
12. USA: West Coast
Robson travels to California where he wrestles with a big blue shark. He also goes on a night-time expedition to catch giant squid before he fly-fishes for rainbow trout in the Colorado river.
