Thanks to venom and his group for the firmware and berto89 from vwitalia for sharing.
This version is compatible with units from B on.
After installing the FW you have to re-encode with VAG COM
Firmware 5218 is only a pre-release 
The official release will be 5230
4120 is the latest official release

Betasoftware! De VAG COM wordt gereset dus je hebt dezelfde problemen als met de 4120.
