De Amerikaanse schrijfster Margaret Weis behoort tot de grote schrijvers in het fantasy genre, vooral in combinatie met Tracy Hickman (Weis & Hickman) waarmee ze de oorspronkelijk door Hickman verzonnen Dragonlance wereld verder ontwikkelde. Dragonlance is vergelijkbaar met de Forgotten Realms wereld van Ed Greenwood (zie eerder aangemelde boeken van R.A. Salvatore). Ook voor de Dragonlance wereld schreven diverse andere auteurs boeken. Ik zal later nog wel eens wat van die Dragonlance schrijvers aanmelden.

Behalve Dragonlance boeken schreef Weis ook nog wat andere fantasy boeken en heel af en toe wat science fiction werk.

Hieronder staan zo'n beetje alle boeken van Margaret Weis (volgens Wikipedia), solo geschreven of in samenwerking met een andere auteur. Helaas ontbreken vijf boeken. De twee boeken uit de science fiction reeks Starshield (Sentinels en Nightsword) kon ik niet vinden en de drie boeken uit de science fiction reeks Mag Force 7 heb ik wel kunnen vinden, maar hier niet toegevoegd omdat de kwaliteit voor mij te slecht was.

Klein detail: ik zie dat ik bij "Brothers in Arms" uit de "Raistlin Chronicles" reeks in de metadata vergeten ben te vermelden dat Don Perrin de co-auteur is...
