Ernie Constance is a bush ballad, traditional singer/songwriter with a long history of success and awards in both the songwriting and recording fields.
He lives in the Snowy Mountains area near Cooma, NSW and spent twenty five years as a shearer. Ernie operates a family grazing property with Merino sheep and beef cattle in conjunction with his music career. Besides the songs on this album recorded by the legendary Slim Dusty, Ernie has also had songs recorded by other major artists like Reg Poole, Jeff Brown, Terry Gordon, Glenn Jones, Dean Perrett, Gordon Parsons, Tom Maxwell, Amos Morris, Nathan Charlton and Julie Perandes.
