Sister Sledge is een Amerikaanse muziekgroep uit Philadelphia, opgericht in 1972. Sister Sledge bestaat uit vier zusters, Debbie Sledge (9 juli 1954), Joni Sledge (13 september 1956), Kim Sledge (21 augustus 1957) en Kathy Sledge (6 januari 1959) . Kathy Lightfoot heeft de band officieel verlaten eind jaren tachtig. De groep is voornamelijk bekend van discohits als "We Are Family", "He's the Greatest Dancer" en "Lost In Music". Hun oma was de oparazangeres Viola Williams.
